About the Role As the Area Manager, you’ll oversee the daily and strategic operations of 5 services , working closely with Centre Directors and executive leadership. This is a key leadership role requiring interstate travel , strong commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of compliance and pedagogy in the ECEC sector. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor Centre Directors to deliver high standards of care and education Oversee operational and financial performance across services Drive continuous improvement in quality, compliance, and staff engagement Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Support workforce planning, enrolment growth, and regulatory compliance Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives About You Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved) At least 2-3 years’ experience in a senior/multi-site leadership role within ECEC Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Commercially savvy, systems-oriented, and highly organised Passionate about delivering excellence in early education What’s on Offer Competitive salary with additional benefits.
